Kismet Deep Groove carbon arm cups support aero positioning across all time trial and triathlon  disciplines. Raised on both sides, to give full support around the base of the arm and elbow. Enabling you to hold the aero position much easier 
 
The higher side of the pad gives much more support, with a rolling  angle used within  own bike fitting process this has really enabled futher support and increased ability to hold shoulders and head positions in a more optimal way.
