Cycling coach since 2004

During that time I have coached riders to silver medals in the British Road and Time Trial Championships, won the U23 in the Irish Road and TT Championships. Riders I coached have also won the TTT,10,25,50,100, Circuit and Closed Circuit Championships, Age Group Duathlon World & European champs and Challenge Roth. They have also set competition records at 25 & 50 miles and set an Age Group hour record on the track.
