

The Importance of Goal Setting for Your Winter Training
……… As winter training is now in full swing, you will most likely have next year’s goals in mind already, or at least an idea of what you’d like to aim for next season. Personally, I am goal driven and find it very hard to train aimlessly. I need to know why I’m getting up early on the dark cold mornings either getting out on the trails or the turbo depending on the sessions set that day. As it’s very easy to think I can’t be bothered today and stay in bed a while longer. Win
