Riding the TT bike during the winter is a non negotiable if you are wanting to improve for your summer events. Its all about muscle memory and we all know if you don't use it you lose it. My 3 top tips for doing this are - How Often? Twice a week, either on the turbo or out on the road if you can. We tend to use the road / gravel bike more in the winter out and about which is great but to adapt for your events in the summer you need to train in position weekly. Aero Drills
